What we do:

The Prayer Collective is a ministry that actively seeks out those in need in Georgetown and the surrounding community. Homeless, poor, sick, or elderly, we are looking for neighbors who need help but have fallen between the cracks of existing social programs.

Some of the services we provide:

*Care packages with basic provisions and bibles.

*Showers, clothing, and breakfast for the homeless.

*Temporary motel stays.

*Job application assistance.

*Home visits and fellowship.
*Assistance with grocery/prescription pick up.

*Financial assistance when appropriate and available.

Why we do it:

Everything we do is done to bring honor and glory to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It is our belief that it is a relationship with Jesus Christ and the hope of the gospel that will have the greatest impact on a persons life. We will serve people of any faith or background but we will always do so in the name of Jesus.

How we do it:

The how is simple, with your help.

Jesus said, "Greater love has no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends." John 15:13

It is our desire for the church in Georgetown to rise up and make the sacrifice required to meet the spiritual and practical needs of the people in this community. To love our neighbors as Jesus loved us.

We are inviting you to come along on this journey with us, to become a part of The Prayer Collective, and share in the mission of restoring lives and bringing people closer to Christ, to fulfill our calling right here at home. Please consider joining with us and taking part in this mission today.

Thank you and God Bless!
